Privacy policy

1. Personal Data

We, TNA Club GmbH, collect, process, and use your personal data only with your consent or if another legal basis exists in accordance with the GDPR.

Only personal data that is necessary for the fulfillment and execution of our business activities or that you have voluntarily provided to us will be collected.

Personal data is any data that contains individual details about personal or factual circumstances, e.g., name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number, gender, photos, etc. This may also include sensitive data, such as health data, insofar as it is necessary for our business cooperation.

2. Access and Erasure

As a data subject, you have the right at any time to access your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, as well as the right to rectification, data portability, objection, restriction of processing, and blocking or erasure of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data.

If any of your personal data changes, please inform us accordingly.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent means that we will no longer process your data for the aforementioned purposes from that point forward.

Your requests for information, erasure, rectification, objection, and/or data portability—in the latter case, provided that this does not cause disproportionate effort—can be sent to the address of TNA Club GmbH listed in section 10 of this statement.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed in any other way, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

3. Data Security

Your personal data is protected by appropriate organizational and technical measures. These measures relate in particular to protection against unauthorized, unlawful, or accidental access, processing, loss, use, and manipulation.

Despite our efforts to maintain a consistently high level of security, we cannot guarantee that information you transmit to us via the internet will not be viewed and used by others. Please note that we therefore assume no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hacking of email accounts, telephones, and fax machines).

4. Use of Data

We will not process the data provided to us for any purpose other than fulfilling and carrying out our business activities or for purposes covered by your consent.

This excludes use for statistical purposes, provided the data provided has been anonymized.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

To fulfill our tasks, it may be necessary to transfer your data to courts and/or authorities or other third parties (e.g., insurance companies, service providers we use and to whom we provide data, etc.). Your data will only be transferred based on legal provisions or your prior consent.

6. Notification of Data Breaches

We strive to ensure that data breaches are detected and resolved early and, if necessary, reported to you or the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay, including details of the data categories affected.

7. Data Retention

We will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill our contractual, legal, or statutory obligations and to defend against any potential liability claims.
